So after last weekend's incredibly uneventful...weekend, me and my floormates decided this couldnt happen again!! So we got together and made wonderful plans to get up nice and early Saturday to go to the mall! ^_^

And it actually when perfectly fine. Managed to all get ready on time, managed to find the bus stop and get on the right bus, and managed to all get there in one piece!

So after we got there, we bought tickets to see The Covenant then stopped quicky to eat before it started. The food court there had three chinese food places (though one was called Little Tokyo, i got all excited about it too! The liars >.<), all practically mirror images of each other right down to the asian girl giving out free samples of sesame chicken to the asian guys yelling "can i help you?" if you so much as look in the stores direction. It annoyed me so i bought Wendy's :P

The movie wasnt so bad, the music i think saved it, I want the sound track or at least know who those songs were by! Next we stopped at Borders since 3 or the 4 girls i was with are big book worms. Then after i got bored i left with my suite mate Shayna to the pet store! They had soo many cute dogs. Shayna got to hold one of them and it kept trying to stick its nose under her hair or in her shirt to sleep! They actually had little rooms you could go in and play with any of the dogs you wanted to see. Im definitely doing that next time i go there. The next stops included a halloween store, disney store, and east asian store. nothing interesting there. We sat outside a sharper image type store and they had the iGallop! (this is supposed to be used as a work out machine thingy) My friends were too disturbed by it so we left to find a coffee shop. Shayna and my roommate Sarah left after this but i wanted to walk around a little longer and maybe buy something. I stopped in delia's and ended up buying quite a few shirts >.> so then the rest of us left and after dinner back on campus, me and my floormate Kat went to watch V for Vendetta which i found pretty awesome where it seems most ppl disagree '~' so after that we hung around downstairs with the guys there first trying to figure out hw, then playing halo, then watching all the random, funny stuff we knew of on youtube and other places. this lasted till 4am then i died...

Today slept in (obviously) and went on a trip to Walmart with Shayna and Kat. This was not as successful a trip as Saturday's. We caught the bus there just fine but it did not go all the way to the walmart so we had to walk quite a few blocks down to it. I didnt find everything i wanted but this was probably a good thing since we had to walk all the way back to the stop we got off at and them walk from another stop almost as many blocks again to get back to campus. However, because of this, i found a little asian market that sells pocky, shrimp chips, noodles, and a few other things! So now i dont have to schedule in a trip to flushing every time i come down to the city ^_^

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST: I am most likely coming down to the city this weekend! Who wants to see me Saturday?? Everyone right?? I will also be going to the meetup sunday as well if all goes according to plan ^_~

I also have lots of pictures to post but that shall be saved for another time...when i dont have hw i must get to >.>

Tips for Surviving Classes

11. Show up to class about 10 minutes late. Ride into the room on a bicycle, yell, "Look out!", and crash into the blackboard. Get up, take a seat, and act like nothing happened. Do this every day.
10. Boring lecture?  Start a wave!
9. Pass the time by scratching each picture in the text book and then sniffing it.
8. Wear earmuffs to class. Every few minutes ask the professor to speak louder.
7. Ask your professor if the first chapter will be on the test. If the answer is no, rip the pages out of your textbook.
6. Sing your questions!
5. Disassemble your pen. "Accidentally" propel pieces across the room while playing with the spring. Go on furtive expeditions to retrieve the pieces. Repeat.
4. Dispute everything your professor says, no matter how simple. Try to get him/her to "prove" everything to you. Rant and rave about what a big liar your professor is. Yell at students who are taking down notes, "Stop writing down all these lies!"
3. Every few minutes, take a sheet of notebook paper, write "Signup Sheet #5" at the top, and start passing it around the room.
2. When the professor calls roll, after each name scream "THAT'S MEEEE! Oh, no, sorry." Remain silent when your name is called.
1. Hold up a piece of paper that says in large letters "CHECK YOUR FLY."

So i suffered through those 2 days upstate for my college orientation with some success. I have found a few potential friends...and one stalker.... >.> i didnt get to see what my dorm looks like cause i was stuck trying to get my schedule together. thank you RPI for sticking me in the last orientation day and the last group to register for classes. i also might not get to take Japanese thanks to this. I am currently scheduled to take French but there is a slight chance someone might drop out so i have my fingers crossed

The photoshoot yesterday for that book was interesting. I got to see Janice (cakee), Akira (akira_hellfire), and Joyce in pink! The costumers made up some really weird, cool outfits. The guys especially. But akira wouldnt play dress up with us, we had a very pretty dress n wig all picked out for him too v.v  it also looks like she found someone better for the main character, ohh well...PICTURE TIME!!

Just a very quick, very little update on the current happening of my life.

First off, most importantly (or at least most interesting, complete with pretty pictures), we had another lolita meetup Sunday!! John made my hair all pretty like with my curling iron ^_^ n I love my parasol, great for those 90 degree days when you dont want to DIE in your poofy petticoats! It also has a fluffy poodle on it :P Ok time for PICTURES!!!

As for what else has been going on this past month...not that much it seems. Except i have been out a lot on random outings with friends. Those are always great :P

I saw Pirates of the Caribbean!! ^_^ The 3rd movie is supposedly coming out really soon already...

I think my only money making opportunity this summer will be randomly cleaning John's house for his mom for $20 >.>

I really want to cosplay someone for otakon but i dont know who n i dont think i have time to make one this late >.<

Oh i went to the gay pride parade this year w/ John n Alex! We decided to dress all decora-y, i actually managed to get every color of the rainbow in my outfit!! We got a couple ppl to ask for our picture. THIS is one of me n john taken by some ppl with a site dedicated to ppl showing their belly buttons O.o (they asked us to show our's in the picture but the pink skirt im wearing as actually a dress so that wasnt gonna work to well)

Oh another cool thing! Im most likely gonna be in a book! My neighbor upstate is a writer n is planning a new book. She needs a few ppl to pose for pictures to illustrate it n i think im even gonna be the main character who likes to dress as a gothic lolita!! she also mentioned if they use one of my pictures for the cover i MIGHT get payed for it!! Yay money :D 

My college orientation is the 21st to 22nd. yay...

Ok thats all. This actually turned out a little long than i thought, oh well. I know you all love reading about my life so its all good ^_~
